If you experience any delays with your topups, please:
- ATM and EFT payments may take up to 2 business days to be reflected – it depends on the banks and is out of our control.
- BTC transactions are reflected after 4 block confirmations.
2. Make sure your topup was executed:
- Check your bank account transaction status in case of EFT.
- Check if your BTC transaction was confirmed by Bitcoin network.
3. Prepare the required details:
- Your ATM/EFT receipt indicating the reference code used.
- Confirmed BTC transaction hash.
- Your wallet/mobile number.
